Across the globe leaders have been frustrated that there is no one, single integrated framework/system that links brain science, human behavior, trust building, teamwork, innovation, economics, and leadership together in a simple, coherent, and powerful construct. And, just as importantly, produces Collaborative Excellence that results in achievement of synergy and competitive advantage.
After years of design, development, testing, and revision, we are ready to reveal the integrated system. Below is a pictorial depiction of the system, composed of five core “architectures.”
